It is good but can be improved for better performance.
Positive: It was comfortable, clean and good for money as expected.
Negative: There should be a microwave. The washing machine is too slow for washing and drying.
The communication should be personalised and clearer. The instructions can be made clearer, e.g., where the key was stored.

Good for a group of people
Positive: It felt clean and modern and it was a good distance to the tram and very good busses around the area, the rooms were nice aswell as the shower.
Negative: There’s some weird shaped chair in the corner and it is a waste of space, and funky smell in bathroom not as bad as the chair though
